I lost my certificate. How do I get another copy?
Log in to the course portal and re-download it from your completed course. If you cannot access your account, email us with your name and course and we will help you recover it.
My course will not load or my progress disappeared.
First try another browser or device; progress is saved to your account, not the device. If it persists, email us with your account email and what you were doing, and we will investigate with the platform.
Can I switch to a different course after purchasing?
Contact us before completing the course and we will do our best to move you to the right one. This is a common request from buyers who discover their employer needs a different certification.
I failed the quiz. What now?
Retake it. The quiz allows retakes, and the course material stays available for review. The passing score is 80%.
How do refunds work?
